Dear Civic League Members & Friends,
The Lawrence Township Council on July 20th meeting passed a resolution to name the Greenway from Eggerts Crossing Road to the Shabakunk Creek, “The Harold Vereen Walkway.” The Dedication Ceremony will take place at Eggerts Crossing Road and Johnson Avenue on Saturday, August 14th, at 11:00 am.
The former President of the Civic League for twenty-five years, Mr. Vereen, with the help of the community, working together made many improvements to the community.
